Use of MEDOZO does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-patient, counselor-client, or other professional healthcare relationship.
BLO is an artificial intelligence system that uses AI technology, including OpenAI technology, to provide conversational functionality.
You understand that:
Do not rely solely on BLO for medical, psychological, safety, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
Information presented through MEDOZO is for general wellness, informational, educational, relaxation, self-reflection, and supportive purposes.
MEDOZO and BLO do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage disease or medical or psychological conditions.
If you have symptoms, medical concerns, persistent emotional distress, reproductive-health concerns, sexual-health concerns, or other health questions, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
MEDOZO and BLO are not emergency services.
Do not rely on MEDOZO as your primary or sole resource in circumstances involving an immediate threat to life, serious injury, medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, self-harm risk, suicide risk, violence, abuse, or other urgent danger.
MEDOZO may alter or redirect ordinary BLO interactions when safety-sensitive content is detected, but MEDOZO cannot guarantee detection, prevention, or resolution of an emergency or crisis.

Certain features require an account. MEDOZO V1.0 supports authentication through Apple and Google.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Your use of MEDOZO is subject to the MEDOZO Privacy Policy.
Some MEDOZO interactions may involve sensitive wellness information. You control whether supported information is saved to MEDOZO's server-side systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
Raw microphone audio is not stored on MEDOZO's server in V1.0. Voice input may be converted into text for requested functionality.

Deletion may permanently remove session history, saved conversations, preferences, personalization, and other account-associated information, subject to limited retention permitted or required by law.
Deleting a MEDOZO account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store subscription.
Certain MEDOZO features may require a paid subscription.
MEDOZO may offer monthly and annual subscription plans and a seven-day trial, as displayed at the time of purchase.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store:
The price, billing period, trial terms, and other material purchase information presented in the App Store or purchase interface at the time of purchase form part of the applicable subscription transaction.

This provision does not transfer unrestricted ownership of your private conversations or health-related information to MEDOZO.
MEDOZO V1.0 does not provide a public community, public posting, comments, or public user-content sharing feature.
MEDOZO, BLO, software, interfaces, graphics, branding, designs, audio materials, text, technology, algorithms, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Medozo Labs Inc. except where otherwise indicated.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.
No ownership right in MEDOZO intellectual property is transferred to you.
MEDOZO may rely on third-party services or infrastructure, including Apple, Google, OpenAI technology, AWS, and Cloudflare.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Medozo Labs Inc. is not responsible for independent third-party products or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
MEDOZO is under continuous development.
We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, AI models, wellness experiences, or portions of the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
MEDOZO LABS INC. DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEDOZO LABS INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medozo Labs Inc. from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of MEDOZO or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Subject to any non-waivable rights or venue requirements under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of non-waivable rights or protections provided by applicable law.
These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or contractual class-action waiver.
Nothing in this section limits any dispute-resolution right or procedure available under applicable law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes and request renewed acceptance where legally required.
