All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers located in Texas and New Jersey. Our logistics partners include major national and regional carriers. Your shipment may be fulfilled by one of several trusted couriers depending on destination, package size, and routing efficiency.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $49 USD (after discounts and before tax). No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

We use Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) for all orders. This service is fully trackable and available for most U.S. addresses.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same business day.

  • Monday–Saturday: Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST
  • Sunday & holidays: Ship the next business day

  • Apartment / suite number
  • Contact phone
  • Recipient name

MyVelvetTouch is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information. If you spot an error, email us immediately at support@myvelvettouch.com before your order is processed. 


Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with your household members or neighbours
  • Verify your address
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Email us at support@myvelvettouch.com with:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Shipping address

If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
