Shipping information

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Texas.

During checkout, you can select the shipping method that suits you. Don't worry, you'll be told exactly when your package will ship. You'll also receive an email with tracking instructions.

Depending on your location and the items you purchased, your shipping options may be limited. You'll be provided a clear overview of available shipping options during checkout.

Last Order Time for USPS Service

USPS orders placed before 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following Monday.

USPS orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.

USPS orders placed before noon EST on Saturday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.

Trackable Shipping

All orders are tracked. Your tracking number will be included in your order shipping email.

Parcel Forwarding Service

Myvelvettouch is not responsible for any damage, defects, or loss of orders sent to a parcel forwarding company. Any orders sent to a parcel forwarding company are sent at your own risk. If you report a lost or damaged item and we have reason to believe the order was sent to a parcel forwarding company, we will not provide a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that the shipping address in your Myvelvettouch account is up to date! We are not responsible for delivery failures due to customer error. For example, if you accidentally provide an incorrect shipping address, contact number, or recipient name, we will not be able to issue a refund. If you discover an error before your order is processed, please contact us immediately.
